Full Tilt Signs 7 CardRunners Pros
Mar 18, 2008By: Jennifer Newell The advertisements say, “Learn, chat, and play with the pros.” With Full Tilt Poker’s latest signing of seven CardRunners players to the Full Tilt roster, the saying rings even more true.
The pros who will make up Team CardRunners are Taylor “Green Plastic” Caby, Andrew “muddywater” Wiggins, Brian “sbrugby” Townsend, Brian “Stinger885” Hastings, Eric “p3achy_keen” Liu, Mike “Schneids” Schneider, and Cole “cts” South. All have become known for their online poker skills and have participated in the CardRunners.com website, which has become a premier place for online players to hone their skills through instructional video lessons, hand history discussions, chats, and blog posts. Those familiar with online players are already well-acquainted with the solid reputations of these pros.
Speaking on behalf of Full Tilt, team member Howard Lederer said, “I’m thrilled that one of the most innovative poker education sites has joined the team.”

The Full Tilt Team now consists of over 100 members, a combination of seasoned pros and young internet phenoms, with almost every level of expertise and experience among them. The seven new members are some of the youngest – Brian Townsend is the oldest at 26-years old – but brightest in the business and bring a great deal to the tables. They will be playing various levels of ring games and tournaments on Full Tilt Poker.
Team CardRunners joins names the already stellar Full Tilt roster that consists of names like Chris Ferguson, Phil Ivey, Howard Lederer, Jennifer Harman, Erick Lindgren, Erik Seidel, Andy Bloch, Phil Gordon, Clonie Gowen, John Juanda, Mike Matusow, Gus Hansen, and Allen Cunningham.
