Once again, Paradise Poker will be sending players to the Scottish Poker Championships for 2008 which will be held at the Maybury Casino in Edinburgh, Scotland.
The amazing Paradise Poker prize package is worth €3,800, including €1,200 travel and accommodation money as well as entry into the following events:
• August 27, 2008 - £250 Texas Hold’em No Limit Freezeout
• August 28, 2008 - £500 Day 1Freezeout
• August 29, 2008 - £500 Final Table Freezeout
• August 30, 2008 - £1000 Main Event Day 1Freezeout
• August 31, 2008 - £1000 Main Event Day 2 Freezeout
You can qualify for one of the €200 online finals on August 3rd starting at just €2.20, or get in on one of the Scottish daily satellites also for just €2 + €0.20. One entry will be awarded for every 10 players to the Scottish weekly satellites which are held every Sunday at 18:30 GMT. You can skip the qualifier and buy-in to the Weekly satellites for only €20 + €2. Plus, one in every 10 weekly satellite players will win a seat to the Online Final!
In addition, you can play in the Scottish Super Satellite tournaments which run every day for €10 + €1 where 1 entry for every 20 players will be awarded to the Online Final.
Those who make it to the Online Scottish Final will be offered the opportunity to be awarded one of the prize packages to the Scottish Poker Championships! What a deal - one prize package awarded for every 20 players!
The prize does not include travel to or from Edinburgh, or accommodations but does include $1200 for players to use towards those expenses. The minimum age limit for entry into the casino in Scotland is 18. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash value unless there is an event cancellation or buy-in unavailability in which case cash equivalent will be awarded. A player cannot use more than one seat and must forfeit any additional seats won. If a service crash or a disruption occurs, the promotion for that day will be re-run at Paradise Poker’s discretion.
