Titan Poker has $550,000 Spring Cash Dash

All you have to do to be a part of the $550,000 Spring Cash Dash is collect points by playing in ring games at Titan Poker. The more ring games you compete in, the better your odds are of winning a major chunk of the Spring Cash Dash money.
The way that the $550,000 Spring Cash Dash works is that Titan players will receive a certain amount of points based on the rake taken in their game. If the rake is $0.25 - $0.50 the amount of points awarded is 1, a rake of $0.51 - $1.00 delivers 2 points, $1.01 - $2.00 gives out 5 points, $2.01 - $3.00 awards 7 points, and $3.01 - $5.00 delivers 10 points. There will also be a multiplier added to the equation depending upon how many players are in the hand.
The first race that Titan is running ends on April 14th and a total of $200,000 will be given away during it. The best thing about this race is that 200 different players will be receiving a payout with first place earning $12,000. Second and third place players will earn $$9,250 and $8,500 respectively while the lowest paid person in the top 10 will still get $5,000. Even if you only finish between places 161 – 200 you’ll still earn $400!
The top 200 players will also get paid in the April 17th – April 30th race as well and $240,000 is involved in this one. First place will earn $15,000 in this race while second and third will take home $11,000 and $10,000. Nobody in the top 10 will make less than $6,000 while those finishing from 181 – 200 will still pocket $425. This is certainly the race to get into if you want to earn the big bucks!
Even if you don’t make any money within the first two races there is always the race that lasts all of April and awards the top 40 players with $60,000 worth of prizes. The overall winner of this race will receive a 2009 WSOP prize package as well as an ECOOP IV (European Championship of Online Poker) package. Both of these prize packages are valued at $14,580 and ECOOP IV has a guaranteed total prize pool of $4,550,000 so there will be plenty of potential money on the table for the winner.
The second place person in this race will earn a $13,000 WSOP prize package that covers the $10,000 Main Event buy-in while providing $3,000 for all other expenses. Those placing 3 – 10 will all get a $1,580 ECOOP IV prize package and people who finish in places 11 – 40 will earn a spot in the WSOP and ECOOP IV poker freerolls.
