Full Tilt Poker has announced their support of the upcoming Melbourne Poker Championship event, by offering a very affordable satellite event, where one lucky player can win their way to Australia in May.

On Sunday March 16th at 4 p.m. EST, Full Tilt Poker will offer a satellite event to the Melbourne Poker Championship with a buy-in of just $50+$5. The lucky winner of the event will be awarded a prize package worth $1,500 to send them on their way to Australia.

While the full game and buy-in schedule has yet to be announced, this year’s Melbourne Poker Championship line-up is rumored up to be huge.

On the roster so far are 12 Tournaments, ranging from a $115 buy-in PokerPro No Limit Hold’em Deep Stack Tournament, to a High Stakes Hold’em event with a $5,200 buy-in. Plus, there will be several daily satellites from buy-ins of just $25, giving players more chances to win seats for little investment.

The Melbourne Poker Championship will be hosted by the beautiful Crown Poker Room, starting Saturday May 10th with special live satellite events. The Main event schedule will begin on Sunday May 11th and will run for 15 days, ending with the $1,100 buy-in Main event on Sunday May 25th.
